Cancellation policy

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We collect full payment at checkout to allocate stock for your order, then fulfill will at a future date, in the order the pre-orders were placed. 
You can cancel a paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, a return must be requested. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
