Refund policy
Returns
Roundnet Equipment has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you must arrange your own shipping and packaging. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
While our equipment is high-quality and durable, normal wear and tear is expected when in use for sporting activities.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Any items that have been opened and used are unable to be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@roundnetequipment.com.
Pre-Orders
Items that are out-of-stock may be available to purchase ahead of time as a pre-order. At checkout the full price of the item must be paid in full. Once stock has arrived in the warehouse, pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were placed.
Cancellations
A pre-order may be cancelled before items have been shipped. Processing fees may apply. Once an item has left the warehouse a cancellation is not possible and the return process as stated above must be followed.

Limited Warranty Policy
Coverage
Roundnet Equipment provides a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase on all new sports equipment sold through our online store. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear that occurs with regular use of sports equipment.

Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect.

Damage caused by improper care, storage, or maintenance.

Any product that has been altered, modified, or repaired by someone other than Roundnet Equipment or the original manufacturer.

Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or fading that does not affect the functional performance of the product.
Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be void if:

The item has been modified, altered, or tampered with in any way.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact our customer support team at support@roundnetequipment.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Provide clear photos or videos of the defect for evaluation.

If the claim is approved, Roundnet Equipment will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective item with the same or comparable model.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to Roundnet Equipment, unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skilltree Games Inc. is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or from a breach of this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
