No Hit Zone Delay

No easy way to say this, but there's been an unfortunate set back with the No Hit Zones. Due to a manufacturing error the products received are all defective. It was incredibly disappointing to receive them last week and open them one by one, seeing that each of them is unusable.

After a week of sleepless nights trying to figure out some way to salvage them, I have accepted that the only solution is to have the entire batch remade. This means it will be another 6-8 weeks to have them produced and shipped out from here in Toronto. While I have organized for an expedited process, this time of year shipping times are long due to the holidays maxing out capacity.

The manufacturer has assured me that they have identified what went wrong and that the new batch will be made correctly. I am very sorry to say all we can do now is wait. I know this is disappointing, but I need every item to be as perfect as can be. Our equipment must be made to last years of heavy use.
